Sawdust supports dado cuts, edge grooves, and router profiles

Explore dado, rabbet, and router-edge geometry as part of a woodworking build.

Sawdust can model through and stopped dados, edge grooves, and routed profiles as operations in a woodworking project. The removed material appears in the part geometry so the joint can be inspected in context.

Review the operation’s depth, position, and tool setup together. A visible recess helps explain the design, while the recorded operation specifies how that shape was produced in the model.
