Connect an AI assistant to Sawdust
Published on
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, or another MCP client to https://sawdust.diy/mcp so your assistant can inspect and build your woodworking projects directly.
Sawdust hosts a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at https://sawdust.diy/mcp. Connecting your AI assistant lets you use the Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or CLI subscription you already pay for to inspect parts, edit project steps, and author reusable procedures with OAuth sign-in instead of managing a separate API key.
Start with How to connect an assistant to Sawdust for an end-to-end walkthrough of finding your MCP endpoint, reviewing OAuth scopes, and managing connected assistants.
